Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Updated 2026)

A 100% refund will be issued provided the player has not participated in any on-floor activities, including evaluations, preseason practices, or any other scheduled floor time prior to the regular season start date.
If a player has attended any on-floor activity (including evaluations or preseason practices), an 80% refund will be issued prior to the official season start date.
Once players have been assigned to teams and the official season has begun, refunds will no longer be available unless otherwise approved by the board.
Any evaluation fees (i.e., HOKS tryout fees) remain non-refundable.
Volunteer bonds are non-refundable if opted out.
Medical releases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Strathmore Lacrosse is part of the Calgary District Lacrosse Association (CDLA) along with 7 other member clubs from Calgary and area. These clubs include: Calgary Axemen, Calgary Hornets, Calgary Knights, Calgary Sabrecats, Okotoks Mustangs, High River Heat, Rockyview Lacrosse (Airdrie and Cochrane)

The purpose of the club is to offer an opportunity for young athletes in Strathmore, Chestermere, Siksika Nation, Langdon and surrounding rural areas to learn and play box lacrosse.

We honour and acknowledge the traditional lands of Treaty 7 upon which we live, work, and play. We honour and respect our neighbours and friends of the traditional Blackfoot Territory and the Blackfoot Confederacy which includes Siksika Nation, North & South Piikani Nations, and the Kianai Nation.
